We of the WJW, the Wiesbaden Youth Workshop gGmbH, are a training and employment company with around 190 employees, who at two locations qualified about 500 trainees and participants in measures in 25 different occupations. For this purpose, we maintain several artisanal training workshops, an agricultural production plant, two gastronomy facilities and several shops. Individual coaching with long-term unemployed adults (focus on profiling, placement preparation and professional perspective development) Implementation of coaching with support of digital coaching tools Network work and cooperation with all stakeholders Close cooperation in multi-professional teams

State recognition as a social worker or social pedagogue or comparable qualification Knowledge of the regional labour and training market Knowledge of personnel placement Experience with digital coaching tools is desirable Experience in work with adults remote from the labour market and in the participant-oriented discussion Interest and joy in resource-oriented work with people
