Your new job: Haustechniker (m/w/d) für die Raum Hamburg Location: Hamburg | Full time | Option to take over

For our customers, in the field of building services, we are looking for you as a home technician m/w/d as part of the transfer of employees –

with realistic takeover perspective.

What awaits you:

• Ensuring the smooth technical operation – You monitor and service all building equipment (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, electrical, sanitary) and ensure that the operation is running around.
• Regular maintenance and control operations – you carry out technical tours, documenting incidents and taking care of minor disturbances early on.
• Disruption & repairs – You quickly revolve on technical problems and fix them directly – from defective door drive to faulty lighting.
• Supporting external service providers & craftsmen – You coordinate foreign companies in maintenance work, monitor their services and are central contact persons on site.
• Support for events & promotions – You can help with the technical preparation of events, promotions or remodels in the Center.
• Maintenance of the outdoors & general housekeeping activities – You take care of order, cleanliness and safety in and around the building – for a positive impression of visitors and tenants.

What you should bring:

• Completed craft training
• Class B driving licence
• PC knowledge
• Physical resilience
• Reliability
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
