For the Facility Management division at the Potsdam workplace, the Potsdam Directorate is looking for an indefinite setting at the next possible time: Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Architecture for the activity as project manager / construction manager (w/m/d) (Entgeltgruppe 13 TVöD Bund, ID: PDFM 1301, Stellen‐ID: 1292087) Perception of the function of BImA as a builder as well as planning and control of complex construction projects as project managers /project promoter acc. new RBBau Coordination and interface management for object and operating management and construction management Project responsibility at regional level Project management including risk management during the planning, implementation and transfer of complex construction projects Reporting/reporting to the head office and head office Completion and building-side coordination for the implementation of the Sustainable Building Project coordination for PPP procedures Coordination and collection of all necessary documents (user/internal advice, addition of requirements by the client/operator function) Checking the planning implementation from the perspective of the client/operator with regard to a holistic life cycle assessment Creation of specific requirements/performance descriptions for commissioning the building administration or third parties Warranty checks incl. relevant technical opinions and opinions

Qualification: completed university studies (FH‐Diplom /Bachelor) of civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification Competences: Knowledge and multiannual practical experience in real estate management / maintenance and renovation of real estate Understanding structural and economic relations Knowledge and experience in public building and construction planning law, the procurement and contract regulations for construction services (VOB) and the regulation on fees for architects and engineers good knowledge of the technical applications SAP/SAP PM or the willingness to acquire short-term safe handling of IT standard applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) ideally knowledge and experience in handling the software RIB‐i Two Other: Class B driver's licence and standby for the independent operation of motor vehicles readiness to undergo a safety review after the SÜG thorough and careful operation with high reliability good organisational skills, capacity for economic thinking and action Ability to work into changing tasks good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow good expressability in word and writing, pronounced communication skills customer- / address-oriented behavior, pronounced and targeted negotiation skills Skill for team-oriented action, critique, social competence good judgment combined with the ability to make decisions and take responsibility
