Your training: • The duration of training is 3 years. • Vocational training courses take place dually in specialist classes for industrial businessmen, so that you can intensify theoretical content in a targeted manner and use it directly in everyday work. • During your training, you will get to know various commercial departments and work actively in the daily business.

Your procedure: During your training, you will gain insights into various commercial areas and take responsibility step by step: Shopping You submit order confirmations, release orders and stand in exchange with suppliers. To make sure that materials and parts are available when needed. Audit of accounts You're checking in and working with our system. You develop an understanding of how business processes work in the company. Order processing You accompany customer orders from the collection to the delivery of our vehicles – and experience how a finished product will become from planning. Accounting You process documents and gain insights into commercial processes. Thus, numbers for you become comprehensible and tangible. Staff department You support organisational tasks around our employees and learn how a strong team is coordinated in the background.

That's what you bring: A good school degree (high school qualification, high school qualification or grade). Interest in figures and economic contexts. Curiosity to understand operational processes and get insights into an industrial company. Care, structure and sense of responsibility. Team spirit and an open, friendly way of dealing with colleagues:inside. Motivation to learn new things and to actively introduce you. Basic knowledge of PC and MS Office.
