The Niedersächsische Landesbehörde für Strassenbau und Verkehr is responsible, among other things, for the construction and maintenance of federal and state roads in Lower Saxony as well as for the circular roads of various counties. Officials (w/m/d) must be entitled to 1 Entrance office of the category 2, technical services, field of road or urban construction Employees (w/m/d) must have at least a completed degree (Bachelor/Diplom-FH) of construction or Transport engineering or industrial engineering with field of study Civil engineering, construction engineering and an equivalent degree of comparable fields of study / disciplines. Good knowledge of road and lawfulness (FStrG, NStrG), building contract and contract law (VOB, VOL) and relevant technical standards should be available. Technical knowledge in budgetary law, collective bargaining and labour law, occupational safety and safety standards and in specialist applications (e.g. iTWO) is desirable. The current MS Office applications must be controlled. The willingness to obtain a lack of expertise through appropriate training is assumed. Your personal qualification: Applicants (w/m/d) should have, in addition to the ability to target-oriented, cooperative employee management, enforcement, self-initiative and organisational talent and negotiation skills. Your residence is located at a distance from the street mastery, which allows you to perform your business properly.
