Your new task The operational responsibility for SAP release planning and governance is in your hands – from roadmap coordination to sprint planning to successful go-live support. Keep an overview of complex dependencies and coordinate all stakeholders involved

In your role as responsible for the deployment tool, you control build, test and deployment processes across different system landscapes. With a structured approach, you ensure smooth processes and high quality standards

In close collaboration with all disciplines, you plan and agree to release content, schedules and milestones. With Release Readiness Reviews, sound risk analysis and professional release processes in the Change Advisory Board, you can ensure safe product implementations and manage escalations as you need

Their structured mode of operation is shown in precise release notes and change documentation that ensures transparency throughout the entire release process

With strategic vision, you will develop a global release management strategy for the top system landscapes at TRUMPF. In doing so, you develop necessary policies, standards and governance structures, establish a comprehensive release calendar and design innovative cooperation models for systems, applications and services

How to inspire us A successfully completed study of (economic) informatics, economic engineering or comparable training forms your technical basis. Beginners with practical experience in IT release management are also welcome

Funded professional experience in Release Management and ServiceNow will bring you with you and have already successfully used them in practice. Knowledge of SAP change management tools such as Conigma or ChaRM as well as SAP Solution Manager are advantageous

Ideally, you also have knowledge of SAP CTS(+) and familiarity with the ITIL framework in change management

Through your independent and targeted work, you combine high commitment with enforcing ability. You can also act in challenging situations in a solution-oriented manner and bring together various interests constructively

With a pronounced communication capability, you convey complex technical relationships in a comprehensible manner and maintain an appreciative approach to colleagues

Negotiating German and English skills enable you to successfully collaborate on all levels and in various international teams
