Team Leader HR Systems / LOGA (m/f/d)

Team management: expert and disciplinary leadership of a 7-member team as well as support for self-responsibility and cooperation LOGA System Responsibility: Care and development of LOGA for Group-wide use in payroll and personnel management as well as support of system-based processes in our facilities HR Processes: Ensuring a stable, error-free and law-compliant mapping of relevant HR and Payroll processes Process optimization: analysis, conception and implementation of system adaptations, standards and optimizations Interface Management: Close cooperation with HR, Payroll, IT and external service providers as well as control of technical requirements Quality & Projects: Ensuring high data and process quality and support in HR IT projects, rollouts and further developments

Qualification: completed studies in the field of personnel, business, IT or a comparable qualification System experience: Multiannual experience in the HR or Payroll environment as well as sound knowledge in the care of HR systems, ideally LOGA Leadership competence: experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of teams as well as the ability to accompany employees and clearly manage tasks Payroll and Process Understanding: Good knowledge of accounting HR processes and labour, tax and social security law Project and Process Competence: Experience in System Adaptation, Process Optimization and Digital HR Projects Personality: communication strength, solution orientation, structured functioning and safe occurrence in exchange with different stakeholders
