You are the central contact person for the students of the medical technology course You organize and coordinate the study operations from the planning of hours and space, testing, laboratories, excursions and events You support professors, professors and lecturers in the successful organization and implementation of their teaching establishments. You support the further development of the degree programme through quality management, accreditation and data analyses You help to understand the visibility of the study programme through homepage, social media and marketing measures and contribute to successful student acquisition

Higher education or training in an administrative or comparable field, ideally with experience in the field of higher education Impressed organisational capacity as well as an independent and structured operation Communication strength and service orientation in dealing with different target groups Secure handling of MS Office as well as digital organization and administration tools Commitment, self-initiative and joy at work in the field of higher education Employability and the ability to work independently Reliability, flexibility and a high level of responsibility Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
