Engineering Lead Health & Performance (m/w/d)

The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions. For our internal and external partners we develop innovative agent-based solutions in the field of Health & Performance. We need you to build transformative and interoperable products from a variety of health and performance data through the use of artificial intelligence. You design and develop innovative products for Health & Performance. You gain new insights from a variety of structured and unstructured data and develop new models to meet individualized recommendations for action You understand developing and implementing suitable architectures for handling large amounts of structured and unstructured data You develop complex healthcare & performance products You bring analytical applications from proof-of-concept to production and ensure their quality and sustainability You work in interdisciplinary agile teams with AI engineers, product owners and disciplines and support them with your expertise You act as an engineering lead for your core engineering team and guarantee the quality of the results and further development of colleagues

Complete study of computer science, a comparable study or a comparable qualification with professional experience, ideally in the context of health, performance / sports or development of B2C applications Very good knowledge in data engineering Application and implementation experience in data science and artificial intelligence Experience in software development, for example with Python, C/C++, Go or Kotlin, and in the production of software products Joy of rapid agile development of innovative products; entrepreneurial mindset Very good knowledge of the architecture of applications, in software development cycle (e.g. CI/CD,DevOps, GitOps, MLOps, Testing, Ideally LLMOps) and software design patterns Analytical skills, self-employment and hand-on mentality Good knowledge of English, good knowledge of German JOBV1_EN
