IT all-rounders: Learn how IT systems are planned, created, set up and managed – from hardware to software to cloud solutions Customer Support & Consulting: You support our customers in technical questions, analyzes issues and find solutions around our software and IT systems used Technical Administration: You are involved in the maintenance and further development of our IT infrastructure – including user administration, license management and system documentation Project assistance: You accompany IT projects, coordinate operations, support tests and training, and learn how to accurately capture and implement technical requirements Communication professional: Whether by phone, written or digital – you communicate with users, colleagues and external partners in a confident and comprehensible manner
