We are the reporting system BPO of the Mercedes-Benz Group: our Business & People Protection Office. We protect our company, our employees and other persons by ensuring that reported misconduct is effectively tested, investigated and discontinued. We are open to both internal and external clerks from all over the world. Our task is to assess in-depth evidence of misconduct at their risk. If it is a note with a high risk, we take a comprehensive legal assessment of the possible infringement. In the case of a corresponding initial plan, the BPO shall commission an investigation and decide on the conclusion of the case. The different interests of the parties (in particular the protection of business interests, the protection of persons injured, the protection of clues and the protection of persons affected by the accusation) should be taken into account and the safeguarding of proportionality should be ensured. After completion of the investigation, we fully appreciate the case result and document it. Of course, we also offer the possibility to take over other interesting tasks and projects, in particular in the sense of the further development and digitization of the BPO. As a team we work very closely and with constant respect for the four-eye principle. We place great emphasis on the trusted and friendly atmosphere in the team, where we have a lot of joy, and on the close relationships with the areas linked to the BPO process (legal area, corporate security, corporate revision, data protection, personnel area, etc.). Our excellent teamwork is based on a healthy balance between regular personal contact in our office and using the flexibility of mobile work. These challenges include: Insight into the entire process for the processing of references from a globally operating group as well as the incorporation into various legal areas and the internal regulatory framework of Mercedes-Benz

Reporting of reported facts, communication with clerks and carrying out a legal assessment with regard to the potential misconduct and the related company risk

Personally responsible maintenance of the essential information on the information processed in our database

Support in the development and preparation of reports, analyses and statistics on general topics and cases (in particular management, quarterly and annual reports)

Support for current projects (e.g. implementation of legal requirements)

The activity can begin from September 2026. The place is to be occupied for 6 months on the basis of a working time of 35 hours per week.

Course in law, economic law or business administration with legal knowledge

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing are required, further foreign languages are advantageous

Very good Office365 knowledge required

An independent, independent way of working and flexibility and willingness to use

A high level of negotiation and conflict resolution competence as well as strong communication and team skills

Willingness to work into complex issues
