Your duties Quality Management: You continuously develop, implement and maintain quality management plans as well as inspection and test plans (ITPs) for our construction projects Process monitoring: you identify and analyze the causes of errors and introduce sustainable corrective measures Communication and Coordination: You conduct quality assurance meetings and coordinate them with internal and external project participants to comply with quality standards Quality assurance and reporting: You create and monitor quality documentation as well as regular reporting on quality performance and deviations Check compliance with quality standards: guide and conduct regular inspections and project-related audits to comply with quality standards Your profile Relevant qualification: You have a successfully completed technical study or a comparable qualification as well as experience in the supply processing and processing of infrastructure and/or industrial construction projects. You have well-founded professional experience in contract management of large-scale projects in an international project environment and provide sound knowledge in building contract law (VOB and FIDIC or similar international contract forms) Digital Skills: You have a good technical understanding and are safe and routined with MS Office products Language skills: You can safely control the German and English language for professional communication Staff Skills: Strong communication and leadership, as well as an independent, problem-solving and proactive operation as well as a high level of readiness for use.
