Herford/Lippe GmbH, based in Herford, is a joint subsidiary of Herford AöR and Klinikum Lippe GmbH. At Detmold, Herford, Listerschool (Herford) and Lemgo, 648 training places are available for nursing professionals with the focus on acute care, paediatrics and long-term care as well as nursing assistance and anaesthetic assistance. We are looking for a committed and motivated 01.10.2026 or earlier Education (m /w /d) in full or part-time for the Detmold site with 1.0 VK.

Planning, implementation and evaluation of teaching in OTA training Continuous development of the OTA curriculum Takeover of course management tasks and support of trainees in the learning process Working with cross-site projects Design of innovative teaching-learning situations, e.g. use of digital media Participation in examinations and further development of training concepts

A completed training for OTA or as a nurse with a correspondingly completed surgical training A completed study of vocational education or a comparable degree Pleasure to work with trainees as well as a responsible and innovative personality with sound expertise that motivates and imparts its positive attitude to one's own profession motivatingly and creatively Professional and educational experience in OTA training or OP training is desirable Willingness to cooperate in cross-site (curricular) project groups
