For one of our well-known customer companies, we are now looking for a machining mechanic / CNC milling machine (m/w/d) in full time.

Your tasks:

• CNC programming: Create and customize programs for complex milling parts according to technical drawings and plans.
• Machine operation: Self-assembly and operation of CNC-controlled milling machines to ensure smooth production.
• Process optimization: Continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in terms of accuracy, surface quality and processing times.
• Quality assurance: monitoring of machine running and quality control to ensure high quality of workpieces.
• Maintenance and maintenance: Regular maintenance and repair work on the machines to ensure high machine availability.

They bring with them:

• Vocational training: Completed training in a metalworking profession, e.g. as machining mechanic, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic, precision mechanic, CNC, lathe, milling cutter (m/w/d) or comparable.
• Experience: Multiannual professional experience in the field of mechanical engineering or machining, especially in the operation and programming of CNC milling machines.
• CAM programming: knowledge of CAM programming and experience in handling Heidenhain controls.
• Operation: High self-responsibility and independent working, coupled with team spirit and good communication skills.
• shift readiness: willingness to work in shift operation.
• Language knowledge: Good knowledge of German in word and writing.
