We are looking for a dedicated personality that will design and accompany our projects methodically and digitally from the offer phase to the conclusion. In this key role, you will ensure consistent and efficient project execution using state-of-the-art digital technologies and processes and will advise and guide the Project Manager as well as project teams in the optimal use of processes, tools and standards. Strategic project management Advising the Project Manager in offering skalkulation with regard to necessary processes, tools and guidelines Identification of potential savings through standardization, reuse and automation Recommendation of best-fit assignments for project engineers and CAD personnel Project setup and onboarding Creation and coordination of the project guide as a binding documentation basis Presentation of methods, tools, processes, data structures and standards in the project team Evaluation of skills in the project and CAD team Qualification and skills Development of project-related training programs Advising department and team leaders on training needs Implementation of coaching measures for method competence Continuous operation and improvement Regular feedback from reviews, retrospectives and pulse checks Priority and implementation of improvements in processes and tools Versioned documentation of adjustments in the project manual Knowledge Management and Close-out Structured moderation of Debriefs and Lessons Learned Qualitative assessment of digital methodologies based on defined KPIs Transfer of insights into templates and central knowledge management

Complete study in the field of civil engineering, industrial engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience in planning or project processing in engineering Very good understanding of processes and digital technologies in project processing in construction Knowledge of CAD, BIM, GIS and Collaboration Platforms and Common Data Environments Experience in consulting and supporting project teams Impressed communication skills and didactic skills Knowledge of change management and organisational development Experience in the creation of training concepts and workshops Understanding quality management and standardization High level of initiative and willingness to design Team orientation and moderation competence
