Tasks

• Timely input of customer and account data based on text-based and numerical information from source documents
• Compile, check the accuracy and sorting of information by priorities to prepare the source data for the computer input
• check the data for defects or errors, correct incompatibility, if possible, and check the results
• Researching data and collecting further information in incomplete documents
• Application of data program techniques and methods
• Creating reports, saving the completed work at fixed locations and creating backup copies
• Scan documents and print files if required
• Treat information confidential
• Answering information requests and access to relevant files
• Maintaining data integrity and security policies
• to ensure the proper use of office equipment and to eliminate any malfunctions

Profile

• Proven experience in the field of data entry, such as data entry specialist or office businessman
• Experience in handling MS Office and data programs
• Confidence with administrative tasks
• Experience in handling office equipment such as fax machine and scanner
• Fast and error-free machine writing and safer with spreadsheets and online forms
• Excellent knowledge of spelling, grammar and drawing

Remuneration

Senior Consultant (m/w/d):

• Entry from 27,80 Euro/Std. brutto (GVP)
• plus surcharges and tax-free allowances
