Your task

In addition to the ongoing financial accounting, you are responsible for independent auditing, auditing and processing as well as for the payment of several Group companies You support Debitor/Mahnwesen and contribute to account clarification Representation You are able to deliver tax reports on time and quality As part of the monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB, you can make valuable contributions to their creation Completion of structured working methods and the implementation of digital projects and processes Your responsibilities General administrative and office activities

You have a completed commercial or tax training – ideally with relevant additional qualification in the field of accounting/finance (e.g. balance sheet book holderin IHK, tax specialistin, etc.) Your professional experience (at least 2 years) in a comparable position with knowledge of an ERP system facilitates Your entry With your safe handling of HGB accounting as well as very good knowledge in MS Office/Excel You evaluations easily by hand Knowledge in payroll accounting is advantageous, but no need You are characterized by good communication and team skills and have already gained experience with external consultants Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as an independent and structured way of working, complemented by a high degree of care, reliability and discretion in dealing with sensitive data
