OT Security Engineer for Energy Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Development and implementation of OT security standards, processes and internal guidelines further development of system and network architecture and their interfaces Introduction, maintenance and continuous development of the ISMS in our power plants at the Hochrhein Analysis of assets and processes, risk identification and assessment and definition of appropriate safeguards Operational implementation of safety measures in close coordination with operating teams Ensuring system availability, implementation of updates and patches, performance monitoring and automation of central processes (e.g. backups) Conducting risk analyses, monitoring internal and external audits, and maintaining BCM and emergency concepts Planning and implementation of OT-Security training and exercises Close cooperation with managers, information security and risk management and other relevant stakeholders

Completed training or studies in the field of computer science or comparable qualifications Comprehensive knowledge in IT and OT systems, in particular in network architectures (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, firewalls), Windows and Linux servers, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), patch and update management Experience with control and control systems, industrial communication protocols (e.g. Modbus, IEC 60870-5-104) and digital power plant components, measurement and counter technology – ideally in the environment of critical infrastructures Experience with management systems, in particular ISMS and BCM Professional experience in power plants or industrial plants Knowledge of relevant standards and specifications (ISO/IEC 27001, 27002, 27019, NIS2, KRITIS-Dachgesetz and IT-Safety Catalogues according to §11 EnWG) Communication strength, structured work, enforcement ability and enthusiasm for cyber security Mobility at the Hochrhein between Laufenburg and Wyhlen
