We are looking for you as a specialist in feeder management Renewable energy (m/w/d).

Together with your colleague, you are responsible for the topic of customer requests and escalations “Redispatch” in feeder management and thus make a relevant contribution to customer satisfaction. You support your team in ordering billing in the Redispatch in the role of the network operator. You work with the design of projects and workshops for continuous process improvement and actively contribute to their implementation. You are interested in actively shaping the renewables and thus the energy transition through a digital mindset.

You have completed vocational training and recognised additional qualification (specialist, master, technician, etc.) or you have to acquire a comparable qualification before this. You are delighted to discuss the subject of customer complaints in the Redispatch and to develop suitable solutions in cooperation with colleagues, customers and clients. You are characterized by customer orientation, an empirical communication style, openness and readiness to learn. You can flexibly supervise several topics, prioritize them by yourself and stay conscientious. Optimumly, you bring experiences in energy management and work with SAP systems.
