Collection, comparison and evaluation of financing offers Organisation and settlement of financing and leasing contracts Monitoring of contract terms, deadlines and termination dates Insurance management including settlement of claims Close cooperation with the companies of the group of companies and external service providers such as banks, leasing companies and insurers Maintenance and management of all contract-relevant documents and master data Creation of evaluations, overviews and decision templates Support of management in administrative and organisational tasks Participation in the further development and digitization of internal processes

Successfully completed study, specialist or comparable qualification Professional experience in finance, leasing, insurance or contract management desirable SAP knowledge of advantage Safe handling of current MS Office applications, especially Excel Understanding figures and analytical thinking Structured, careful and self-responsible operation Embossed organizational talent and discretion and reliability Communication strength and joy in cooperation with various contact persons Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
