• As Strategy Consultant Data – Strategieberatung (m/w/d) at INFOMOTION GmbH, you develop tailor-made data strategies for our customers and support them in the transformation to the Data-Driven Company. Your goal: to develop sustainable strategy maps and create the foundations for successful data governance and compliance.
• You understand the language of management, convince with sound analyses, clear arguments and sovereign moderation. With your sense of business cases, ROI and TCO views as well as market-relevant developments, you can quickly position yourself as an estimated Sparring partner – up to top management level. You advise on the integration of data and AI into the corporate strategy.
• For optimal results, you analyze the existing data landscape of our customers, develop a holistic data strategy, define a sustainable target image and guide a realistic implementation roadmap.
• You actively shape our consulting portfolio, introduce yourself to business development initiatives and present your strategies in the management circle.
• With everything you do, you can count on the full support of an experienced team – from analysis to implementation. Together, you make sure that ambitious strategies will make real success and actively shape the data-driven future of our customers.

Here you come to us

• Complete studies in economics, business informatics, data science or related fields
• Deep technical understanding of data platforms, modern BI and analytic tools, cloud services (e.g. hyperscaler), and data-driven architectures such as Data Mesh, Lakehouse or AI/ML-driven processing
• Embossed technology affinity combined with business orientation and readiness to change – also in dynamic, digital transformation projects
• Safe handling of a strategy consultant's complete set of methods – including stakeholder analysis, target definition, root analysis, idea development, effort estimation and roadmap creation
• Funded project management expertise in time and resource planning, risk management and controlling
• Communication, presentation and moderation security in German and English to present results on C-Level level and to moderate large (interdisciplinary) workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Ability to act as a bridge builder between IT and discipline and bring together different perspectives
• Analytical thinking capacity for the structured processing of complex data contents, pronounced team and networking qualities as well as pleasure in traveling to customers throughout Germany
