• First practical knowledge of building management desirable
• Result-oriented and business-economic thinking and action
• Secure handling of MS Office
• Knowledge of how CAFM systems are handled
• Secure communication with customers and employees
• Self-conscious and safe occurrence & a pro-active method
• Driving licence class B or 3

Your responsibility

• Acceptance, forwarding and processing of incoming customer requirements
• Operation of industrial plants (in particular electrical engineering optional MSR - technique) as a work manager according to DIN VDE [for phone number see the original ad]
• Execution of the work according to DIN 31051, here in particular operation, handling, position at the aforementioned systems
• performing fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Implementation of small maintenance activities without special expertise
• Ensuring optimal availability of all systems
• Support and support of foreign companies in maintenance and repair work
• Perform and maintain fault, testing, maintenance and inspection reports
• Takeover of standby services also on weekends and holidays
