Processing and documentation of ECA-covered export financing after conclusion of the contract and payment maturity, including Waivers and contractual changes Examination and assessment of compliance-relevant issues in the ongoing inventory business, in particular with regard to ESG requirements, sanctions, reputation risks and other regulatory requirements Examination, coordination and maintenance of essential requirements, in particular in the payment process Central Contact Person for Export Credit Agencies in Stock Business and Coordination of Customer Requests between Risk Management, Sales, Staff Areas and Foreign Representatives Ensuring quality-secured, timely and customer-oriented processing Development and implementation of digital and AI-based process solutions in Export Finance Identification of automation potentials, especially in document testing and recurring processing steps Working in cross-departmental projects on digitization, process standardisation and efficiency enhancement Optimization of standards, templates and workflows in ECA-covered inventory business

Completed economic or legal studies or comparable qualifications Insufficient professional experience in the international credit business, for example in export financing, ECA-covered business, credit documentation or stock business, as well as a good understanding of financing and cover documentation, payment processes and obligations management High affinity for digitalization, process optimisation and AI-based methods Joy in developing processes, recognizing automation potentials and implementing practical solutions Expressed awareness of compliance requirements, in particular with regard to ESG, sanctions, reputation risks and regulatory requirements Structured, careful and solution-oriented working with a high self-initiative Safe appearance and communication strength in German and English Teamability and joy in international, cross-disciplinary cooperation
