Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of your team of currently seven employees Responsibility for finance IT solutions in the record-to-report process of consolidation domains Analysis and implementation of system changes Identification of standardization and automation potentials and their implementation in the solutions to be challenged Cost and effort estimate for change requests Responsible for 2nd and 3rd level support in the analysis of incidents and problems Participation in the strategic development of the area in terms of new forms of cooperation and the introduction of new technologies in the course of digital change in the insurance industry

Successfully completed studies in economics, BWL, (economic) computer science or mathematics or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience with leadership responsibility in the finance or finance IT environment as well as experience in projects, e.g. in coordinating or conducting role Knowledge of financial processes and corresponding IT systems Expertise in IFRS17, Solvency II or HGB Experience in .NET / C# as well as a sound understanding of software architecture German at a safe and reliable level Willingness to occasionally travel Clear, appreciative communication and joy of cooperation Self-responsible, structured work Strategic thinking and the ability to actively shape and advance changes You may not meet all the requirements mentioned, but you will understand your expertise.
