Monitoring, coordination and ensuring the smooth operation Personnel deployment planning, attendance control, assignment and leadership of employees Participation in personal topics (e.g. feedback and criticism talks) Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines Recording and evaluation of operating data Care and processing of relevant documents and evidence Active cooperation in the operating daily business

Completed training or multi-year relevant professional experience Good knowledge of German, basic knowledge of English Experience in the warehouse or forwarding environment First leadership experience of advantage Knowledge of occupational safety, occupational safety and labour law Experience in resource management and key figures orientation Basic understanding of material flow and processes Good computer skills and mathematical understanding Staplerschein desirable Knowledge of process and quality optimization of advantage Willingness to shift work
