We secure the system of pension provision through our testing service software. With our work, we contribute significantly to the fairness of contributions. Designing, developing and implementing data science applications with focus on GenAI and LLMs in cross-functional teams Conducting complex modeling work in the field of machine learning (for example, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting) and in the context of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their fine tuning Visualize and analyze large amounts of data for detecting biases or data drifts and for ensuring data quality Conception, development and validation of highly complex machine learning and statistical models for demanding applications Evaluation and introduction of new state-of-the-art algorithms and technologies, including deep learning and NLP Strategic and professional shaping of the home-wide technology landscape to further develop into an AI-versified organization Mentoring of juniors and mid-level data scientists and clear communication of complex results to all stakeholders

A successfully completed academic education (Master or Diploma University) in an IT, economic, scientific or technical field Long-term professional experience in creating ML methods and modeling complex automated AI systems, including multi-year professional experience as Data Scientist Detectable project experiences with agile approach models (for example Scrum) and at least one AI reference project Multiannual practical experience in Python including common machine learning frameworks (e.g. scikit-learn, PyTorch) and handling of advanced analytic technologies/tools Comprehensive knowledge of advanced statistical methods and causal inference, as well as proven expertise in various ML algorithms Knowledge of database management systems, container technologies (e.g. Kubernetes) and their interaction with classic database environments Proactive communication behaviour, strong cooperation readiness and networked thinking in agile cooperation complete your profile
