Successfully completed banking or business studies or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Experience in the processes around money supply, current accounts and payment transactions within a savings bank is desirable. Comprehensive banking and process know-how, ideally complemented by leadership experience Ideally knowledge of the structures, decision-making paths and procedures in the Sparkassen-Fianzgruppe, preferably also in the “Process Plus for Sparkassen” environment High willingness to learn, curiosity and self-initiative to develop new topics and active participation in changes Embossed analytical and conceptual skills as well as a process-oriented end-to-end thinking Good communication skills, team orientation and social competence as well as high self-initiative, flexibility and resilience
