Supporting Hardware Engineering (m/w/d) by Analysis and Revision of Internal Standards, Guidelines and Guidelines Analysis of existing documents and processes and participation in their optimization Creation and maintenance of documentation on methods, tools and processes used Evaluation of control variables and participation in the introduction of key performance indicators (KPIs) Support in implementing measures within the organisation Close cooperation with users (m/w/d) and department management (m/w/d) as well as regular reporting on progress

Preferably current study of the business or economics; a degree of engineering or natural science is also possible with appropriate knowledge Interest in operations and development processes as well as pleasure in analyzing processes and recognizing their optimization Embossed analytical skills, high self-initiative and pronounced target orientation Basic knowledge of industrial hardware development Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
