The development area Elektrik/Elektronik (E/E) develops market-pregending and with high customer orientation reliable electronics systems, which are innovatively used in all vehicle lines of the MAN Truck & Bus worldwide in their effect and function. As part of the HW Components Validation, we design the transport future in TGREEVH with the focus on hardware tests as well as the development of new CAD 3D models and test methods. In this way, we make a major contribution in the megatrends of digitalization and autonomous commercial vehicles.

Your duties Development of optimized 3D printing methods in the EE Automotive Prototype range.

Preparing CAD data for various 3D printing methods, including multi-material model generation.

Support in the hardware test laboratory for various functional and environmental tests.

Conception and creation of test setups.

Your qualifications Higher education in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle technology/mechatronics or a comparable course of study

You have a strong cooperation and team capacity as well as enthusiasm for commercial vehicles and test systems

Good knowledge of Hardware Electrical / Electronics

Very good CAD knowledge, preferably Catia V5

Experience in the design of 3D printing and operation of the printing equipment

German and English skills

Minimum duration 5 months
