Advising experts and executives and implementing the tendering and application procedure Professional support for our areas of daily business Work with our e-recruiting tool as well as cooperation with external service providers and interfaces in the company Participation in projects and special tasks, e.g. further development of personal marketing measures Support in developing and implementing appropriate personal marketing measures (e.g. job fairs / congresses, major events and campaigns)

A completed economic studies, ideally focusing on human resources management, or a completed commercial vocational training First experience in recruiting and personal marketing Individual initiative, motivation and solution orientation Routinized handling of the current MS Office programs, ideally know-how in SAP SuccessFactors and IT affinity Joy in direct contact with applicants and an honest interest in bringing people to the right job
