Who are we and what do we do exactly? In our ''Drive Systems Software Baselayer'' department, we are responsible for the basic software for the central control unit in the drive train. This software level ensures that all components of the drive train can communicate efficiently and reliably with the other domains of the vehicle. Overall, the Drive Systems Software Baselayer plays a central role in the development of advanced drive technologies and contributes significantly to the innovative power and competitiveness of Mercedes-Benz. Care of communication channels / information flows for control topics at department level

Development and design of management presentations

Application of agile working methods in a cross-functional, international and motivated working environment

Conception and control of internal communication in the Agile Release Train, e.g. design of the newsletter

Organization and preparation of workshops and department events

Support in leadership (team leader level) for different ad hoc tasks and administrative activities

Revision of documentation structures to increase transparency
