As Teamlead Digital Retail (m/w/d), you are responsible for the holistic commercial, strategic and operational management of our D2C and D2B online shops and the digital-retail team is professional and disciplinary. The following exciting tasks await you:

Business strategy: You implement the digital-retail strategy in line with the overarching ecommerce strategy and develop the business model in combination with Marketplace and Vendor business models Shop and assortment control: You are responsible for sales, sales, cover and relevant Shop KPIs and tax assortment, pricing, promotions as well as the action calendar across both shops Planning and performance: You first and control annual, sales and product planning, optimise the shop performance data-based and implements directly effective measures for plan deviations Roadmap and Processes: You prioritise the growth, CRO, content and platform roadmap according to economic impact and develop comprehensive and automated processes and processes in the team Team Leadership: You develop, develop and coordinate the digital-retail team according to the principle of “Lead by Example” and define clear responsibilities, goals, procedures and decision-making processes Stakeholder and day-to-day business: You tax agencies, technology partners and internal interfaces, represent the digital-retail business in relevant planning and management formats and support the team in short-term strategic topics as well as in peak times

You have a completed economic study or a comparable qualification with a focus on eCommerce, Trade or Marketing You bring multi-year professional experience in managing online shops and digital business models as well as leadership experience with You have taken on a detectable responsibility for sales, budget and result and have a very good understanding of Shop-KPIs, assortment, pricing, promotions, CRO and customer journey Experience with Shopware, Shopify or comparable shop systems as well as secure stakeholder, agency and project management You have very good German and English skills You think entrepreneurial, work analytic and structured and convince by clear leadership, prioritization strength, hand-on mentality and pronounced commercial sense of responsibility
