For our location in Schwandorf, we are looking for a dedicated HSE manager (m/w/d) that actively develops our security culture and, as a key player for Health, Safety & Environment, supports all operational, technical and project-related activities.

Your tasks Responsibility for the implementation and further development of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Management at our Schwandorf site. Advising and supporting management, executives and employees in all matters of work, health and environmental protection. Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, customer-specific and intra-group HSE requirements. Support of service, maintenance, operation, engineering, construction and commissioning projects in all HSE-relevant questions. Implementation and further development of risk assessments, risk analyses, HSE plans, work instructions and safe working procedures. Planning, implementation and follow-up of HSE audits, inspections, visits and compliance measures. Consultation and monitoring of activities with increased risk potential, such as working in height, lifting, electrical work, LOTO, hot work and hazardous material management. Investigation of accidents, near events and environmental incidents including root analysis, action management and Lessons Learned. Development and implementation of HSE training, security campaigns, emergency exercises and initiatives to strengthen the security culture. close cooperation with Corporate HSE, authorities, customers, contractors, the company physician and other internal and external stakeholders; regular travel activities to project, plant and service locations within Germany and Europe

Your profile Complete engineering studies, studies in the field of safety technology or comparable technical qualification (technical technicians, masters or comparable) Successfully completed training on the specialist for occupational safety (FASI) Multiannual professional experience in the HSE environment, ideally in plant engineering, plant operation or service business. Good knowledge of integrated management systems and ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and common HSE reporting systems Very good knowledge of German labour, health and environmental law Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing Ready to travel for regular use at project, plant and service locations in Germany and Europe.
