Type of employment: Limited Working time: Full time Place of work: Reutlingen As a PreMaster Student:in you can support our experienced team in the further development of the Bosch Production System BPS in the value flow inertial sensors and support the implementation of the BPS system approach in the production environment. You conduct improvement projects from planning to sustainable implementation. You shape the target derivation process of the value stream. You consolidate the business requirements, monitor the key figures, create a transparent image of the current state and derive potential for improvement in the material and information flow. You analyze existing standards, optimize them and introduce new standards. You also design and implement methods in the manufacturing environment. You support the implementation of the digitalization strategy within the value stream and work on digitalization projects. You drive the holistic BPS development in the fields of source, make and deliver and perform e.g. value flow analyses. You actively coach Lean Management methods and are a specialist in manufacturing, engineering and support departments.

Education: completed studies (Bachelor) in the field of engineering, economic engineering, production or comparable Course and concrete intention to include a master's degree Experiences and know-how: ideally first knowledge in Lean Management Personality and working methods: structured, independent, flexible, systematic, committed, holistic thinking, team-capable, communicative, creative, responsible and fast conception Languages: good German and English in word and writing
