(Senior) Product Owner Loyalty & Digital Campaigns (m/w/d)

We are looking for you as a reinforcement for our product team as (Senior) Product Owner Customer Identity & Engagement (m/w/d). In this role, you take the professional responsibility for registration, login, consent management, tracking and legal topics in our Loyalty program and customer log. In a cross-functional team, you work data-driven, test iteratively and focus strategically across the entire customer journey.

Identity & Legal Management: Responsible for the professional development and implementation of registration, login, legal topics (AGBs, Data Protection), Consent (E-mail, Push) and tracking within our Loyalty program and customer login Customer journey optimization: Identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of customer journey, iterative work with A/B tests and focus on the optimization of relevant KPIs Product Backlog Management: Definition, Priority and Care of Product Backlog, Creation of Use Cases and Specification of Requirements in the form of User Stories and Tickets Cross-functional cooperation: Close cooperation with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, analysts, CRM and our markets to develop the best possible solution for our customers Stakeholder Communication: Transparent communication with the management and other teams, communication of priorities and goals and close coordination with other disciplines to implement our overall vision

Professional experience: Successfully completed master's degree and at least 3-5 years of professional experience in digital product development for app and web-based products and services Loyalty experience: First experience in the field of digital customer loyalty programs Problem-solving competence: High problem-solving competence, excellent organizational skills and a pragmatic approach Analytical skills: Strong conceptual and analytical skills, business sense and affinity for digital business models Hands-on-Mentality: Self-responsible operation and pronounced hands-on-menality
