You digitize incoming invoices and capture them in the system. You will check whether the invoices are complete and comply with our requirements. You forward digital invoices to the relevant contact persons. If you have any questions about invoices, you will agree with the specialist departments. You are responsible for the digital inboxes “Incoming Account” and “Financial”. You keep an eye on open invoices and edit them. You support the team in creating initial invoices. For your entry, you will get a structured and professional onboarding so you can find yourself well from the start.

You have a commercial training or already experience in a similar task area. You like to deal with numbers and understand the basics about invoices and payments. You work reliably, very carefully and deal responsibly with confidential information. A structured and accurate operation is of course for you. You communicate friendly and clear and bring their own initiative. The handling of MS Office, especially Excel, is easy for you.
