IT Periphery/End Device Management: You take over the installation, configuration, deployment and administration of the IT equipment and devices. Hard and software: You install systems, configure them and deal with the incoming disturbances. You are also responsible for managing our hardware warehouse and for license management. User support: You can help users with advice and action while working with our system architecture, operating systems and our ticket system (ServiceNow). Infrastructure management: You support the local configuration of network components and servers as well as monitoring our IT systems.

Education: You've got an abbreviated Education as a specialist:in for system integration, IT system administrator:in, IT system electronics:in o.a. Hands-on Experiences: You are experienced in dealing with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Office/M365 products and Sharepoint. Knowledge: You have sound knowledge in the field of client and printer hardware as well as IT peripherals. Languages: You have very good German and English skills.
