For an internationally active medium-sized company that develops and produces high-quality medical products, we are looking for an experienced customs & export specialist (m/w/d) with experience in the sales service.
• Independent responsibility for customs and export processing incl. Customs declarations, export/customs documents & compliance with relevant regulations • Coordination with customs authorities, forwardings & logistics service providers as well as maintenance of customs & export-relevant master data • cooperation in customer service for general customer requests & in particular responsibility for international order processing • Close cooperation with sales, shipping & internal departments • Perspective expansion of customer service share & central responsibility for export know-how
• At least 5 years of professional experience in customs and export processing as well as first experience in the sales service / customer service • Good knowledge of customs & export regulations & handling export documents • Experience with ERP systems, ideally ATLAS knowledge • Flowing German & very good English knowledge in word & writing • Structured, independent & service-oriented working methods as well as pleasure in working with international customers
