You work on new assembly teams and teach them how floor plates and basements are created professionally. You train professional employees and partner companies directly in practice – understandable, clear and at eye level. You are regularly on the construction sites, control the work done and ensure the required quality. You recognize mistakes and potential for improvement and show the teams how it is better. You make sure that construction site regulations and work protection are complied with and the teams work safely and professionally.

You are a learned mason or concrete builder (w/m/d) – with training as a master, polish or a comparable qualification. You have at least 8 years of construction site experience and ideally have already taken responsibility for a team as a foreman. You know how to build concrete and know from your own experience what to do with clean construction site work. You can lead people, explain things intelligibly and enforce you when it comes to it. You work independently, are flexible and bring a high level of readiness to travel.
