Engineer Factory Planning / Facility Services (m/f/d)

Independent planning, control and implementation of projects in the field of building, infrastructure and supply technology to further develop and modernise the infrastructure at the site Ensuring compliance with legal, technical and administrative requirements and regulations within construction, rebuilding and infrastructure projects, in particular: AwSV (Regulation on systems for handling water-prone substances) Safety Regulation (BetrSichV) Building Law and Construction Law Preventive and structural fire protection Coordination and monitoring of external planning offices, specialist companies and service providers Ensuring a sustainable and legal execution of all measures

Required qualification: At least 4 years of relevant university education (successfully completed studies in one of the fields of civil engineering, utility technology, environmental technology, facility management or comparable technical discipline) Other requirements: Professional experience in the planning and implementation of technical projects in the industrial environment Good knowledge of relevant legal requirements, in particular in the fields of environmental and water protection, AwSV, BetrSichV, building law, fire protection Experience in project management and in cooperation with authorities and external service providers Outstanding sense of responsibility and analytical thinking Safe appearance and communication across different levels of companies Good knowledge of MS Office Good knowledge of German and English Required additional qualifications Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and measurement, control and control technology (MSR) Remuneration: Group of Charge E10 (while incorporating E9)
