Professional and disciplinary leadership, motivation and development of the team of currently six employees to strengthen target and outcome orientation

Ensuring a demand-oriented execution organisation and controlling active competence and knowledge management for sustainable know-how transfer

Responsibility for the back-office of foreign exchange forward transactions including their complex balance-sheet according to local law and IFRS (edge accounting)

Support and advice of domestic and foreign Rheinmetall companies as part of the shared service function for accounting

Central contact for business and tax auditors, group accounting, central tax department and domestic and foreign holdings

Establishing a strategic personnel, capacity and operational planning taking into account an increased project volume as well as compiling evaluations for management

Successfully completed three-year commercial training

Multiannual well-founded professional experience in financial accounting

Very good user knowledge in MS-Office (especially MS Excel) and well-founded knowledge in SAP R/3 (ideally in the FI/CO, MM, PS, BI modules)
