Administrator Accounts Receivable Management (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the ongoing debitor accounting and ensure a proper accounting of all payment inputs You monitor open receivables, conduct dunning and support professional receivable management You check invoices and payment receipts, clarify discrepancies and ensure reliable accounting You are a contact person for our customers in questions about invoices and payments and find suitable solutions together You work closely with internal departments and external debt collection partners to ensure efficient processing of open receivables You create evaluations and reports on receivable status and support the continuous optimization of our financial processes You pay attention to compliance with internal guidelines and contribute to a high quality of our financial processes You analyse annual accounts and make credit decisions in their area of responsibility

You have a successfully completed commercial training, ideally focusing on financial or accounting You bring professional experience in debitor accounting or debt management You work structured, carefully and keep an overview even at a high level of work You have a good understanding of numbers and a reliable and solution-oriented way of working. The friendly and professional handling of customers and internal contacts is easy for you You like to work in the team and are characterized by a high service orientation Safe handling of the current MS Office applications, especially Excel, is of course for you. Experiences with an ERP system are advantageous
