Manager VAT Insolvencies and Restructurings (f/m/d)

As part of our Indirect Tax Team, you will advise our clients on all issues relating to VAT, customs, excise, market regulations and external economic law. With almost daily new laws or court decisions, turnover tax is becoming increasingly complex for companies. Together with a strong team and international orientation, you will therefore help our clients to avoid their corresponding processes and avoid financial risks - from the sales tax pre-registration, opposition proceedings and the use of digital tools.

For our Tax & Legal Solutions division we are looking for you as Manager VAT insolvency and restructuring (w/m/d).

It's waiting for you Customer contact – You advise and advise national and international clients, insolvency and property managers:inside and liquidator:in all relevant sales tax issues. Whether medium or DAX 30 - you always meet the right sound. Teamwork – As a member of our expert:internal team, you will formulate expert opinions - often also in English - on sales tax issues, develop optimization options and evaluate restructuring options from a sales tax perspective. Difficulty – Among other things, it is your task to design both contracts and to examine their turnover tax impacts, as well as to support business and sales tax special checks, to optimize business models, identify liability risks and increase liquidity. Project management – A team-oriented project and leadership responsibility is just as natural for you as the active acquisition of new mandates using modern sales tools.

That's what you bring You have successfully completed your economic or legal studies. You already have over several years of professional experience in tax consulting with the focus on turnover tax law and have already used it in the near-insolvency environment. Your operation is characterized by high operational readiness, customer orientation, professionalism in handling clients and reliability. You understand yourself as a member of a team, are powerful, flexible and show a high degree of self-initiative. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile
