Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Inventory & Incoming Inspection The quality assessment of incoming goods, the maintenance of test and report-relevant data in the systems used and the monitoring of established quality processes. Organisation and implementation of the goods receipt inspection of commercial goods with regard to quality and deficiencies Creation and maintenance of test plans for incoming goods in the SAP system Collection, processing and evaluation of defect indications to suppliers Monitoring the effectiveness of measures and processes, e.g. on the basis of 8D reports Maintenance and documentation of quality-relevant data in the SAP QM module Coordination with product management, purchasing, quality management and logistics at home and abroad on quality-relevant, technical and logistic topics In addition to the predominant office activity, stock and goods withdrawal checks are carried out in the warehouse, including the subsequent documentation of the test results in Salesforce Collection of repair orders and customer complaints in Salesforce
