Franziskus e. V. is an anthroposophical community of life and work for adult people with assistance needs. At present, 40 people live in three stationary and an outpatient community. Our offer is supplemented by several associated day-care facilities. At the heart of our work, man is in his individuality. Your tasks Support and support of adult people with assistance needs in everyday life Support in body care and health and care Documentation of care and care measures and participation in care and support planning Cooperation in the interdisciplinary team with pedagogical, medical and therapeutic professionals Cooperation with members and other persons involved Active participation in community life

That's what you bring Completioned subject-related training, e.g. as an educator:in, nurse:in, medical education:in, social education:in or comparable

Willingness to work in shiftwork Joy in working with adult people with assistance needs Teamability, Self-Reflexion and Responsibility Interest in anthroposophical pedagogy (a prior knowledge is welcome, but no requirement) Humor and an appreciation attitude
