As an occupational physician, you will significantly contribute to the occupational health care and prevention of our global family business. You are part of an 8-member team at our locations in Winnenden and Obersontheim. You form the entire range of occupational medical care, including precautions, aptitude diagnosis and travel medicine, for our employees in production, office and field service. You introduce your expertise to develop and implement innovative health concepts and projects and thus actively promote operational health promotion. You are contact persons*in for our internal and external partners (e.g. occupational safety, works council and search advice) and promote interdisciplinary cooperation in health management. You are responsible for the operational integration management (BEM), conduct vulnerabilities and risk assessments and assist in the organisation and training of the internal life chain (operational health workers / initial workers). We explicitly offer this responsible position in parttime.

You are a specialist in occupational medicine or possess the additional name of occupational medicine with a well-founded professional experience. You are motivated to proactively use the design space in order to advance the medical tasks. You have excellent knowledge of German and English and communicate clearly and stylisticly at all hierarchy levels. You are ready to travel to the occasional care of our locations in Baden-Württemberg (partially also throughout Germany) and have a passenger car license of class B. Empathy, secrecy and high sense of responsibility are of course for you, as well as team skills and the joy of interdisciplinary cooperation.
