As an important reference person, you plan, answer and support the care process professionally and support the residents in their daily structure Care documentation, risk assessment and action planning guide and evaluate professionally, IT-supported and independent The communication with residents, their relatives, doctors and supervisors will make you professionally safe and human The treatment care and all other care-related reservation tasks of a nursing professional are your tasks as well as the advice of residents and their relatives

A completed 3-year training as a nurse, examinated elderly caregiverin, health caregiverin or a comparable qualification An open-minded personality with understanding and empathy in the care and care of our mostly older and partly demolished residents A competent and friendly approach to residents, relatives and supervisors, as well as a smile in stressful situations Self-employed work, self-initiative and reliability as well as strong communication and team skills Creativity, flexibility and ideally experience in IT-supported care documentation
