The management and implementation of complex and innovative construction projects (new construction and inventory), combined with sustainable economic and ecological added value, are our core competencies. Responsible construction monitoring for one or more construction sites in the LPH 8 with a focus on building automation (MSR/GLT) in the KG400 Takeover of tasks of the internal subproject management (including costs, quality, dates) Management of construction meetings Implementation of building documentation using digital tools Monitoring of commissioning, functional testing and acceptance

Complete study of electrical engineering, energy, building and supply engineering, plant engineering and Electronics for automation technology or a comparable qualification Professional experience in building management, object monitoring or commissioning Knowledge of building automation / MSR technology Extensive understanding of building engineering installations Safe handling of the VOB and the rules of technology Willingness to take over responsibility and travel to the construction sites on site in the Metropolitan Region Munich Secure communication skills at different levels Fun in cooperation with different people, teams and tasks
