The InitiativGroup – Intercultural Encounter and Education (IG), founded in 1971, is an award-winning institution of numerous social and educational projects, especially for children, young people and adults with migration biography. The IG currently carries out over 60 projects and thus contributes significantly to educational justice, equal opportunities, inclusion and the dismantling of social disadvantage in Munich's urban society.

You will participate in the LearningOase (Project for Learning Promotion) You will accompany, support and motivate children in their development, You offer individual counseling from students: both in terms of school and learning skills You take care of the pupils and parents of the fourth (transition classes) classes You develop leisure educational offers and implement them with the target group You coordinate the schedules You will participate in public relations (website, social media) of the LernOase and the InitiativGroup You support cooperation and coordination with school, teachers, social services and other projects

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national.
