Rice and installation of lathes and processing stations by document lists and processing methods Preparation and positioning of tools and equipment in the magazine Reading and customizing CNC machining programs and tool data Construction and adaptation of clamping systems and clamping of the workpieces (optionally by means of hoist) machining and measurement of workpieces and monitoring of machining processes Analysis of quality deviations and implementation of corrective measures to ensure dimensional accuracy and completeness Analysis of plant failures and initiation/implementation of remedial measures Monitoring of operating materials (e.g. KSS) and execution of simple maintenance and repair work Implementation of order, cleaning and maintenance work

Completed training as machining mechanic Multi-year professional experience Experience in handling MAZAK machines and controls Knowledge of individual parts production and small series production Experience in crane driving (canon is advantageous, but not mandatory) Willingness to shift work
